Purchase, Pay and Win $5,000 cash competition terms and conditions

- WRC $5,000 cash prize – Terms and conditions of entry
1.1 Purchase aluminium joinery from Window replacement Company (WRC) and pay within 7 days of final invoice, in full and go in the draw to win.
1.2 By purchasing product and services from WRC, you accept the competition terms of entry.
1.4 To qualify for this competition, your purchase of product and services must be paid in full (no exceptions) within 7 days of final invoice. The promotion runs for joinery invoiced between the 1st of September 2024 and the 10th December 2024.- Prize
2.1 $5,000 cash.
2.2 By entering this competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2.3 “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw held on the Prize Draw date (18th December 2024).
2.4 A Winner must be 18 years and over.
2.5 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.- Prize draws
3.1 The overall winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received during the overall Promotion Period.. The winner will be publicly announced within five (3) working days of being notified.
3.2 The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 7 days of the Prize Draw date, on the phone number registered with their invoice. The Winners must respond and accept the Prize within 7 calendar days from the date of such call or the prize will be forfeited and another draw will be undertaken.
3.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
3.4 The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize within seven business days of the winner accepting the Prize.- General terms and conditions of entry
4.1 Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or modified from time to time.
4.2 This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees, or their immediate families including a spouse or defacto partner of the Promoter.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for death or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize. All other expenses incurred with any part of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
4.6 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value as specified herewith in these Terms and Conditions.
4.7 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the winner agrees to hold the promoter, its directors, officers, employees and assignees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of their prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by the use or redemption of their prize.
4.8 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use his/her name, address, and video and/or photograph for publicity purposes strictly relating to this promotion, including but not restricted to on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, as carried out by the Promoter and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, without seeking payment or any other compensation.
4.9 The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions, including but not limited to that of the prize supplier.

4.11 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities.
